Cairo, Egypt, June 20, 2015 - Egypt recorded a comfortable 3-0 (25-20, 25-23, 25-20) victory over Venezuela to register their third overall win in Pool H.

The first set saw Venezuela starting with small advantage 4-2, but some subsequently mistakes allowed Egypt to level the score up at 5-5. The South American side took the two point lead into the first and second technical timeout, but from then on Egypt refocused and went up 19-17 on an amazing spike from Abdallah Abdalsalam to evetually finish the set off at 25-20.

In the second set the teams were close in the score throughout, with Venezuela in front at 20-19 on a bad reception from an Egyptian player. Ahmed Elkotb's spike put Egypt 23-21 up and a missing service from Venezuela gifted the opposition a set point to close it out at 25-23.

Egypt had a very good start into the third set being 8-4 up at the first technical timeout. Venezuela was simply trying to catch up, and although they managed to get close to only 11-10 margin, Egypt put the gas on to race off to a comfortably 25-20 victory.
