Montenegro's Slobodan Boskan: "The last two sets were a battle"

Montenegro captain Vojin Cacic interview after Tunisia victory

Istanbul, Turkey, June 19, 2015. Montenegro extended their winning streak in the 2015 FIVB World League with a 3-0 (25-23, 25-21, 27-25) win over Tunisia in Pool F.

Montenegro coach Slobodan Boskan: It was a very difficult match since the beginning of the tournament. In the first set Tunisia played very well and made it very difficult for us. Gradually, we managed the way we played and concentrated on blocking and defending. Second and third sets were a battle. We proved we know how to play in difficult games.

Montenegro captain Vojin Cacic: As you could tell by the result, this was a very difficult game and it is normal because the hall is new and tournament is not hosted in our city. We have a chance to finish first but Puerto Rico is a tough team although we won in Montenegro which we played extremely well then. We hope to maintain that form tomorrow.

Tunisia coach Fethi Mkaouar: We started well but we did not get the result that we want. This is high level volleyball. We tried our best. My players did their best today. We hope the next two games will be better and we win.

Tunisia captain Marouane M’Rabet: We started every set very well. But after 20 points we lost focus. Montenegro is more experienced than us. This is the reason for little score differences in three sets. Congratulation to Montenegro.
