Egypt down Kazakhstan in four sets

 

Cairo, Egypt, June 19, 2015 - Egypt registered their second victory in 2015 World League by beating Kazakhstan 3-1 (25-19, 25-16, 20-25, 25-23) on home soil.

The game started brightly for Egypt as they took control of the net. With good confidence the African side extended their advantage, eventually to take the set 25-19.

Egypt's momentum continued in set two as the team was able to open up a lead which they carried over to the last stage of the set. Kazakhstan was not able to keep the pace and the set slipped away from them 25-16.

Set three gave hope Kazakhstan to record their second victory in 2015 World League as the team led by top scorer Alexandr Stolnikov overcome Egypt 25-20. Kazakhstan could not do anything more in this clash as Egypt finished off the win, taking the fourth set by a 25-23 margin to finish the match.
